A Missouri Lottery player purchased a “Black Diamond” Scratchers ticket and won a $50,000 prize after revealing a ‘Win All’ symbol. The winning ticket was purchased at On the Run, 101 Highway B, in St. James.

“Black Diamond” players have won more than $6.3 million in prizes since the game was released in late July. Currently, there are over $28.3 million in unclaimed prizes, including two top prizes of $1 million and three additional $50,000 prizes.

In FY25, Phelps County players won more than $7.9 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $750,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $4.8 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
