Two Missouri Lottery players in St. Louis are one step closer to their big day after winning a $100,000 top prize on a “Fat Wallet” Scratchers ticket.

“You always dream about winning. You have a list of what you want to do,” one of the winners explained. “We weren't going to get married until 2027. This pushes things up a little further.

“It's so many feelings all at once. It's such a great experience.”

The winning ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven, 703 Union Road, in St. Louis.

To date, players have won more than $2.7 million in prizes in the “Fat Wallet” game, with more than $11.8 million in prizes yet to be claimed – including three additional top prizes of $100,000.

In FY24, St. Louis County players won more than $200.8 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $19.4 million in commissions and bonuses, and more than $161.2 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the city.
